Can Dianette Being Taken For Contraception And Hirsutism Lead To Anxiety, Stress And Itchy Skin?

I am 29,I have been taking dianette for 4 years,for contraception & mild hirsutism.i feel I cry easily under stress,which is not my nature.i am going through hard time at work,I burst in tears for hours.last summer,I had an episode of itchy skin all over which my doctor thought a jelly fish delayed reaction.what should I do?

Dianette is an oral contraceptive pill.
As the side effect of dianette is mood swings , depression , anxiety , hairs loss or hirsutism, itching.
All these symptoms ,which you mentioned in your query may be a side effect of Dianette but reason may else .
As you mentioned in your query that you are taking these pills from last 4 years so may be another reason .
1 Scabies , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination and scratch test.
2 Eiosinophilia , diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for eiosinophils count.
3 Dermatitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination .
In my opinion consult your gynecologist / dermatologist and get their opinion.
