Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, you should go for a diagnosis and then start treatment. Maybe you have -
1 COPD
2. Asthma-COPD overlap
3. Any recent infection
4. Anything else

Go for chest X-ray PA and spirometry to make a diagnosis and also CBC, total serum IgE.

Till then you can take these medications but after all these investigations.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Chandra Shekhar
