Hello, No medicine can provide permanent relief from abdominal pain, the factor / pathology causing pain needs to be diagnosed and treated for permanent relief from pain and discomfort. Your ultrasound report shows a small mass in the left kidney. Get clinically examined by an Oncologist or a Surgeon, get biopsy done, you may have to get done few more blood tests & investigations. Since the size of the mass is less than 4 cms it can be a benign tumor and not malignant but get tested to stay on the safer side. You will be given pain relieving medicines and antibiotics to stop spread of infection if any. Possible treatment options could be biopsy, surgery, and thermal ablation.
