Can Duvadilan Retard Be Given For Severe Abdominal Pain?

Dear Doc, my wife is pregnant (week 27week) , everything is going normal till now , but today evening suddenly she is suffering from abdominal trauma(pain) , and the pain is moving from back to upwards . I have DUVDILAN RETARD(Isoxsuprine cap S.R.) , should I give her the medicine in case of emergency , and what should be the correct dose of this medicine .

ABDOMINAL TRAUMA with severe pain should be of separation of placenta.
it need urgent ultrasound abdomen to see the well being of baby.
duvadilon can be given after consultation of obstetrician.
