Hello. Welcome to HCM.
Hair loss can occur due to the recent major illness or surgery like you underwent.
Tablet exemestane is not responsible for the hair loss.
Surgery per say may result in hair loss either due to Anaemia precipitated by blood loss while surgery or as a stress to body.
In such cases, I prefer to advise oral tablets containing Biotin, Calcium pantothenate, selenium as main component.
If anaemic, iron supplements are also started.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and order tests for you.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.
