Hi,
Conception is a complicated process that involves co ordination of many hormones in particular sequence. FSH and AMH hormones (represent pituitary gland functions in conception) normality assures stimulation of follicles in ovaries to grow and get matured. This forms one aspect of fertility.
But after this maturity of the follicles followed by ovulation or rupture of matured follicles to liberate ovum ready to get combined with sperm in fallopian tubes is necessary for conception. All of these need to get tested for all these ailments. Consult a fertility specialist for more specific advice.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
