Can Fash Foam Be Used To Treat Oily, Sensitive And Allergic Skin?

Hi doc I m 24 years old married women.my skin is oily and sensitive also allergic. So I visit a dermatologist , she suggests me to use salicylic acid foaming Face wash 1% w/v.but unfortunately my skin is doesn t clean at all.so my question if I use fash foam then it right or wrong for my skin.plz rply.

Hi, Fash Foaming face wash(curatio) is for sensitive skin, doesnt help in oily or acne prone skin. For acne prone skin you need washes containg salicylic , glycolic acids along with topical use of vitamin A derivatives like Adapalene which are least irritant.
But you havent mention what actually are the lesions on your face for eg is your skin just oily, or you got tiny comedones, pigmentaton or scars.
So you have to be little specific in that
