Can Feronia XT Cause A Lot Of Itchiness Of Face, Neck And Dry Dark Skin ?

I am a thalesamic trait. Last time when I did a blood test since my HB count was 9.5 so my doctor prescribed Feronia XT for 3 months. After near 2 months of consuming this tab. I suddenly had lot of itchiness on my face, neck, this turned to dry dark skin and today I have dark patches on both ends of my cheek near my ears. Please advise is this because of this tab. or something else. And what can i do to clear this.

hi, iron tablets can cause itching.but the fact that you got it after two months is the question. sometimes, hemolysis in thallasemic patients can liberate bile pigments into blood which can cause itching. in such case you need steroidss.
