i m 34 yr old unmarried girl, weight 45 kg, ht 5 2 Bust 32, Waist 30, Butt 33 , taking normal diet How can i reduce my abdominal fat. I m not under any other medication. Doing half an hour yoga in day and half an hour walk after dinner from past 6 to 8 months but seeing NO EFFECT What best can i do to reduce abdominal fat ,will GYM help to reduce this
