Can Gianvi Pills Cause Abdominal Cramps And Brown Vaginal Discharge?

Hello, I have recently started Gianvi birth control pill a month ago and this is my first pill pack. I have noticed strange things happening and am unsure if it’s the pill and body adjusting, pregnancy, or an infection. I have been having mild cramps, brown spotty discharge, a very acidic vaginal taste and the slightest of vaginal burning.
