Can Glycomet-GP Be Taken Instead Of Glynase For Diabetes?
Hi , Myslef Dattatray Gharge age 37 , Since last 7 years i have diabetes my sugar level is, fasting 130-160 & after meal ( two hrs) around 200 . Now i am taking Glynase MF two tablet in day . Now my family doctor suggested to take Glycomate GP 1 , One tablet per day . Pls advise what to do .

I will learn you some steps help you: 1.you must now how many carbohydrate in your food( see food exchange list, download it from google).Daily carb requirment must be 45%-50% from total daily calory you need. you must eat 6 meal per day(3 main meal and 3 snake) 2.You must had schedule include meal time ,food type ,insulin doses( it's important for diabetic to eat every day at the same time). 3.Do regular exercise like walking 30 minutes ,4 times /week. 5.Change insulin injection site every time with adequate amount of insulin that must cover carb in your meal. 6.if you had obesity or overweight try lose it If you have any other questions, i am ready for answering. I think you can try Glycomet GP2 twice a day--but monitor your sugar after 2 days to be sure it is ok--regards
