Can Guna Lympho Be Taken For A Prolonged Period?

I developed Lymphedema following heart surgery ( surgery a year ago but leg swollen immediately after surgery) where a catheter to connect me to the heart lung machine was inserted into my groin. I have used wrap, massage and compression hose but walking is difficult in that one leg that is still heavier than the other . I took GUNA Lympho suggested by my homeopathic Dentist. I felt that my walking was a little better while taking this ( took it for 8 days). Should I continue ? Is it harmful to keep taking this indefinitely ? I take Carvefilol and Lisiniprol for my heart ( bovine Aortic Valve replacement ) Baby aspirin and Atorvastatin. I am otherwise a healthy 75 year old female .
