Can HCG Injection And Miprogen Increase The Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I m 37 yrs old. I had multiple cysts on my left ovary & so had the ovary removed last year. I have been trying to conceive for the past 6 months.Previously I was taking clomifene citrate 50mg but now have switched to clomifene citrate + N-Acetylcysteine. My doc has also asked me to take HCG injection & Miprogen 200mg. Will I get pregnant this time? Please help.

HCG injection can improve pregnancy rate better than clomifene. The role of miprogen is of doubtful value in improving pregnancy. However HCG injection will not guarantee that definite pregnancy is possible, especially considering your age. If pregnancy does not occur after repeated injection of HCG, then in vitro fertilization (test tube baby) is the next option.
