Hello Since you din't know the status of your partner at the time of sexual encounter ( unprotected but NON-PENETRATIVE ),so this is very difficult to assess the case . HIV has been demonstrated in the SEMINAL FLUID ( this is a type of fluid which is secreted due to sexual excitement and secreted from penis ). If this fluid was present at the time of rubbing of vagina and your partner was an HIV infected then there is chance of getting HIV infection is much more. But it is not necessary that you got infection it all depend on many conditions. If your partner was HIV free , so need not to concern. But if he was an HIV infected and having high VIRAL load then it is risky. But any how, now get in rapid nucleic acid amplification test ( P 24 pcr rna ) . Antibodies to HIV begin appear within 2 weeks of initial infection and not later than 3 months . So , you are under severe tension get in a test. Hope this will help you.
