Hello
All you mentioned that you did sexual intercourse with condoms ( means PROTECTED and assuming that at the time of sex , the condoms were intact , not ruptured).
One year back you tested +ve for hepatitis "B" and taking treatment for it , but you didn't mention that hepatitis contracted due to this sexual intercourse or after this or before this , please upload all these reports.
The HIV infection risk increases from patients with advanced-stage disease, probably owing to higher titer of HIV in the secretions ( both in male and female , seminal and cervical & vaginal secretions respectively ), also presence of more virulent strains ( of HIV ).
In your case history of illness is not clear so I recommend you please get in rapid nucleic acid amplification test ( P 24 pcr rna) and also ELISA for confirmation of HIV .
Hope this will help you.

Hello
Sex with protection with with condom is a safe mode and risk is as follow.
It is ~0.3% with HIV infection ( skin infection ) ,it is 0.09% with mucous membrane ( depending on advanced -stage disease , more virulent virus ) . The risk of HEPATITIS B virus is 6 to 30% in nonimmune individuals .
But as you mentioned that you did protected sex , so in my opinion there is not a cause of concern.
But you got HEPATITIS "B" infection so I recommend you get in ELISA test for HIV confirmation ( p24 pcr , rna ).
As once year passed so all the reports would be accurate.
Hope this will help you.
But in my opinion you are HIV free because if you would have been HIV infection , symptoms may have appeared much earlier .
