Hello Oral sex is a much less efficient mode of transmission of HIV. A number of studies have reported that the incidence of of transmission of by oral sex among couples discordant for HIV is extremely low;indeed one study reported NO cases among 239 men whose only risk was oral sex where 28%knew that there partner was HIV infected ( in your case female's status for HIV in not sure , however according to you she had sex with an HIV infected before you but that is not a matter because her status was not clear at that time ,even HIV didn't transmitted even person is HIV infected , this is clearly shown by studies ). The reason is that saliva contains endogenous ANTIVIRAL factors. As far as flu , this may be due to virus or throat infection or due to common cold , so for this take a treatment . In my opinion in your case there is NO chance of getting HIV infection by you. Good luck.
