Can HIV Infection Spread Through A Cut On The Testicle?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hello I recently had a casual encounter with another man, there was no penertration sex just masturbation involved but I realized that I he had scratched me on my testicles and I was bleeding, I Did not realize this until he and I ejaculated but I am concerned if there was pre cum on his hands when the scratch occured or if any of his sperm came into contact with the small cut. I am making my self sick with worry, I have been tested recently and I'm negative but this incident happened less than a week ago. The partner claimed that he was healthy but I always assume that the partner is to ensure safe sex, as I have no penertrative sex, can you please advise, as the stress is unbeararable.

You are completely safe. There is no possibility of HIV. You can allay the fear.

HIV can only spreads to you if the person is having active bleeding and you are also having active bleeding.

As you mentioned that its only masturbation incident. So there is no possibility of any infection.

But you should take care of the wound now. Please do regular dressing and cleanliness of the area with betadine and dettol. You can also apply polysporin ointment after the dressing.


Please take cefixime tablet 200mg three times a day for three days. You can also take aceclofenac and serratopeptidase as it can help in pain and helps in healing.
