Can Hyoscine Butylbromide Be Taken For Abdominal Pain Post A Medical Abortion?

My wife has pregnancy her last period was 30th sept so i give her misprosol tablets three through her vagina and one through mouth not eating but melting her mouth so she started bleeding after 7hrs and continue but after 12hrs bleeding become heavily and she start alot of pain headache and abdonmen pain also bleeding increase every 2hrs i give her one tablet of antispasmodic which is Hyoscine N Butylbromide 10mg
Am i did wrong?

It's fine buscopan is ok for antispasmodic, for pain relief,u can try mefanamic acid too, well we expect this pain after misoprost
