Can I Be HIV Positive Despite Negative HIV Test Results?

I had sex with anal (top) with a gay, during intercourse my condom blasted i realize after 8 strokes. after 42days , 62days ,76days I tested tridot result negative, and my partner tested 55th day It is also negative still I have fear pls tell me shall i get hiv?

Hello,am Dr Mahesh specialist in HIV and AIDS treatment.You are safe and HIV negetve as tridot would have shown positive,if you were infected by now.There are centers where free advise and training can be taken for usage of condom and safe sex.The organizations are called as Integrated counciling and testing centers.The centers mentain confidantiality of person attending.In India it is free service in public and private hospitals.By the way there are other sexully transmitted disease that also have to be ruled out.And take a advice on vaccination for sexually transmitted disease.
