Hi, In the current scenario, you should, indeed, see a specialist for a proper evaluation and further management. You need a clinical examination and a trans-vaginal sonogram apart from a serum beta-hCG titre estimation to see the status. It is possible that you may have aborted a pregnancy; yet, it should be confirmed through evaluation. Please maintain genital hygiene. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
