Can I Bleed While I Am Pregnant?

idk
i went to the hospital and they told me i had a baby heartbeat of 170 but i went to the doctor a couple weeks before that and they did a test and it said negative. i have had all the pregnancy sythoms to be pregnant but i still have a period. can i be pregnant and all this happens?

Pregnancy test should be positive in early pregnancy if you are pregnant,however if pregnancy is very young it can be negative which will become positive in few days.In early months of pregnancy you can have periods.
