What uterine surgery was done? Was it hystrectomy? If so, then you will have difficulty to conceive.. You will need a surrogate mother.. You need to get a test called AMH to see for ovarian reserve.. If ovarian reserve is good, you can try to conceive by ovulation induction or get a surrogate mother.. hope i have answered your query.. good day..
