Pleahi i am in ketosis right now and have got rid of sugar addiction and i have no urges two binge on all types of food both of these things were big issues previously. im obviously getting all my energy off healthy fats like waluts, cashews, pistashios,eggs,avocados,cheese,butter but looking into the future i can see myself in combination with exercise striving toward a low body fat percentage lean muscle physique. I am not missing anything about carbs and it doesnt phase me that im not having them... once i go out of ketosis and i am aiming to achieve this physique, how to i go about it? can i eat low carb all the time? if not why and would low carb help me achieve this physiquese type your question here...
