Can I Continue Taking MCBM-69 In Pregnancy?
Hello Doctor I am Five weeks pregnant now. Actually my lastLMP is July 10. so have calculated my weeks of pregnancy with that. I want to know whether i can take MCBM-69 which i was consuming before my pregnancy as per my doctor advice and now am in US so could not contact as easier. So please help me with this and kindly guide me with the do s and dont s

MCBM-69 is vitamin B1,B6,B12 and folic acid so you can continue during pregnancy.
Confirm pregnancy with urine pregnancy test.
Take high nourishing,high protein diet.
Take plenty of green veggies,fresh fruits.
Avoid sex for few weeks.
