Hello, i had a fall by slipping my leg on oil which ended up with frature in elbow of left hand. docture had put plaster, which was removed after 16 days, as he also informed that dont lift heavy items or put load on the hand. But i am a bus driver due to which i cant sit at home also. the problem is there slight pain in the hand and if i work the hand swells what to do. suggest some ayurvedic medicine. and can i carry on with my profession... thanks.
