Can I Get C-diff From Ciprofloxacin Taken For Sty In Left Eye ?

I have c diff in May and it cleared up. They told me it was from all the antibiotics they gave me in the hospital. Monday I want to my GP because I had redness and pain in my left eye. The doctor said I had sty and he gave me prescription for ciprofloxacin. Instructions were 2 drops in eye 4x a day for 5 days. Tomorrow is the fifth day. My questions is, can I get c diff from this drug? I thought this was free as advertised.
