Yes i am 38 yr old male. i am 5'6 and about 200lbs. I take norvasc,lipitor, paxil and zantac for acid reflux. I started feeling bad a couple of days ago. I have abdominal pressure, and have chest pain but not sure if it is muscular or real chest pain. I check my blood pressure and it is running 170/98. What steps should i take. Should i take something and try and relax and wait for my doctors appt on saturday or go to clinic and get checked out to be sure.
