Hi,
Sorry to hear about the miscarraige.
What is your age and BMI?
How long have you been married? Are your periods regular?
Since you conceived naturally, I don't see any infertility problem in you or in your husband. In my opinion you do not need a hysterosalpingogram now.

If I were your doctor I would just reassure you and ask you to try for natural conception for about six months ( one year if you are less than 35 years of age). To increase your chances of conception I would advise you to maintain normal BMI, quit smoking ( if you're a smoker) and have intercourse at least three times in a week.
What you wrote about the swelling in the ovary is not clear to me. Is there a cyst in the ovary? What is its size? Do you have polycystic ovaries?

Please write back details about ovary to help you better.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
