Can I Get Pregnant Despite Taking Unwanted 72 Soon After Having Sex?

my last means are on 5 or 6 jan mostly i didn't remember the date exactly...
I had sex on 29 jan using condom but unfortunately it got broken & ejaculation occurs in my vagina then within half an hour i had unwanted 72 still i m worried about this thats why next day i had another tablet of unwanted 72
Today is 7 feb my periods didn't come so what should i do? Should i wait for sometime? Hw many chances r there for my pregnancy pls tell me...
Can this tablet protects me? Hw do i knw this tablet wrking on me or not
I m so tensed pls answer me as soon as possible...

If you have used it within 72 hours after you've had unprotected sex, Plan B can reduce the risk of pregnancy by up to 89%.
If you take Plan B within 24 hours, it is about 95% effective.
it is possible that Plan B may cause your next period to be heavier or lighter than usual. It may also come earlier or later than is normal for you. If you don't get your period within three weeks, get a pregnancy test to make sure you're not pregnant.
