Can I Give My Toddler Calpol Before The Recommended 6-hour Interval To Manage His Fever?

Hi Doctor, My son is 3.6 years old with weight 12.5kg suffering from fever since 2 days. Given Calpol 250mg in three hour interval I.e on mrng 11:30am, afternoon: 5:30pm, still fever was 102F taken him to clinic and placed anal suppository, fever subsided again at 9pm temp was risen to 100.5F given calpol at 10pm. Now at 12:45am I am checking the temp it was around 101.5F... Please can you suggest whether can I give Calpol again before 6 hours duration or what should I do???

It is safe to give the next dose of Calpol at 4 hours. You do not need to wait until 6 hours.
