Can I give my wife herpes from a cold sore I have on my lip ? She had a strange looking "outbreak" on her vagina after oral sex. If she got it down there from me, will she spread it to my penis? how does this all work ?

Herpes is contagious in all ways. So if she is getting the same thing, then yes you have passed it on to her and as it is contagious, it will in return get passed you during intercourse.
