Hi
Greetings

Even a single episode of Urinary tract infection in a male child requires thorough reassessment to rule out anatomical abnormality.
RBC is usually seen when there is cystitis and in infection due to specific organism crystals can also be seen, apart from it being due to stones.
I would suggest you to get Ultrasound abdomen for further assessment.
No specific diet: avoid tomatoes which are rich in oxalated.

Take Care

Dr Deepak
