Can I Have Banana, Milk And Guava As I Am A Diabetic ?

i am diabetic , visited doctors but different doctors give different lists of food items i can eat .so i would like to know a list of fruits and vegetables tht i can eat eg.banana, guava,papaya ,milk, yoghurt etc consume or not? Thank you

You need to avoid all the food stuffs high in carbohydrate contents. You should avoid banana, mango,papaya, sugarcane,grapes,etc and can take watermelon, musk melon, kiwi fruit,cucumber, all green vegetables except potato, all juicy fruits,etc.
