Can I Have Sex One Week After D&c Laparoscopic Tubectomy ?

hi doctor, i had gone through medical abortion on 5 aug 11,but some left over was there so i had go through d&c with laparoscopic tubectomy(i wanted to do family planing)on 20 aug.now i dont have any bleeding, is it safe to have sex and start exercise after one week
