Hello,

Yes, you may use Livolin forte as it contains phosphatidylcholine which helps to repair and maintain the damaged liver cells. Livolin forte reduces risk of liver disease. It contains vitamin B complex and vitamin E which prevent oxidative stress. It supplements nutritional deficiency and negative effects on the immune system, induced by alcohol.

Avoid alcohol intake and avoid taking packaged food, processed food, refined flour, full fat dairy products, etc. Take boiled food or food cooked strictly in olive oil. Take boiled water after cooling it. Take 8 hours of quality sleep. Help liver detox, avoid hard to digest food, like red meat. Take lean meat, eggs, fruits, veggies, berries, etc.

Take food good for the liver, take digestives to help better digestion. Avoid constipation, take water and fluids adequately. Take laxatives if needed. Essentiale forte is a medicine that contains phospholipid derived from soybean oil that helps in regenerating and stabilizing liver cells. Avoid taking it if allergic to essential phospholipids, soybeans, or peanuts.

Get clinically examined by a GP, get liver function tests, blood tests and required imaging tests (USG, CT / MRI) done. Your treatment will be done accordingly. A balanced diet will ensure all the nutrients are consumed. Avoiding salty foods. Do not add salt to foods you eat, to help reduce the risk of developing swelling in the legs, feet and tummy caused by a build-up of fluid.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
