Can I Smoke Marijuana When I Have Acute Pancreatitis?

I have acute pancreatitis. It isn't sensitive because I still eat unhealthy snacks and feel fine. I can not drink alcohol but my question is "can I smoke marijuana?" Some info says it can help with the pain but they are not drs. If it is bad please explain why

You can not smoke marijuna It will effect your liver pancreas and brain In fact no addictive drug is allowed
