Can I Smoke Weed Before An ACL Surgery?

Hi, I will be having ACL surgery in 3 days and I'm just wondering if I smoked some weed today if would have any adverse affects on my surgery or anestesia? I know smoking is bad, addictive etc. I have my pre-op tommorrow and have not been told to stop smoking, so I'm curious.

the effects wear off under 3 days. There is not much/any interaction between marijuana and the effect or duration of other drugs. Smoking can cause lung irritation and that can affect surgical risk and anesthesia. Can measure how much wind you have with a peak flow meter. If it is normal, then there is very little lung problems going on.
