you can safely stop marijuana at this point. withdrawal will not affect the baby. you should know that the effects of marijuana on your baby are minimal, and your baby will almost certainly be fine. this does not mean that it is safe to use in pregnancy, because there are risks, but tidies indicate that the risks are minimal, and the majority of babies do well.

so stop using THC now, and you will be doing the right thing for you and your baby. ask your doctor about other treatments for nausea if you need it. this way you will also probably test negative for THC when you go to the hospital to have your baby (most hospitals routinely do a drug screen). that will save you some big headaches. even if you test positive, that doesn't mean you are in trouble, but it will be a big headache for you.

it is good that you are thinking about this now, good luck! please let me know if you have any more questions.
