Hi,

Dicynene is blood to control hemorrhage. It cannot stop natural flow of vaginal bleeding that is from expulsion of grown endometrial tissue in uterus. To stop a menstrual flow once it has started, is not possible, unless it drains out completely. It's better to prevent menstruation in very important reason. One has to start medication well before menstruation under expert care.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
