Can I Take Eltroxin And Nacfil For PCOD?

i am depressed having pcod and thyroid too, currently taking eltroxin of 50-100 mg and nacfil forte/y cyst i am 26 now,weight65 kgs since 2 years planning for a baby, couldnt succeed yet. i am confused having a question see if i am talking both tablet with safi(blood purifier), is there any side effects of it ????
