Hello,

I don't recommend you to stop lisinopril without recombination of a doctor. The blood pressure drugs once started can't be stopped because you risk hypertensive episode.
The magnesium and niacin don't substitute blood pressure medications.
They can be used for nerve and muscle relaxation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
