Hi,
Progyluton is a hormone preparation. When taken regularly as prescribed, for minimum 3 cycles, the drug regulates menstrual cycle and also cause spontaneous ovulation after stopping the Progyluton. Hence, after stopping the pills, the chance of conception is increased. You can know ovulation day by LH Surge test and try by having unprotected sex around the ovulation day.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
