I have started getting RBCs more than 100 in my daily urine suddenly. No pain, no irritation, no bacteria. I had radiotherapy 17 years ago for my urine bladder having had suffered B-grade cancer for my urine bladder. It was a UTI problem initially but went bad later. Is this medicine okay - Trenaxa 500 mg
You have blood in urination. It is called hematuria. You need to search the cause of hematuria. Urinary tract infection, stone in kidney or mass in kidney, ureter or bladder all can lead to hematuria. You should go for urine routine examination and ultrasound kidney, ureter, bladder(KUB) first. Then if required go for cystoscopy or other investigation. These will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Tranexa is not curative treatment.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
