Can I Take Vitamin K And C For Morning Sickness?
is there any doctors who prescribe vitamin k & vitamin c for morning sickness.
study in 1950's proved combo of both vitamins taken together alleviate morning sickness.
i am pregnant with 5th baby and can't stand being sick all day, especially while trying to care for 4 boys under 4.
please help!

hi,its better to start on pyridoxine vit to alleviate morning sickness instead of vit c and vit k.its commercially available as doxinate and is absolutely safe in pregnancy and very effective in treating and preventing morning sickness.take 2 tab at bed time and 1 tab half an hour before breakfast.avoid oily spicy food and eat light small meals.all the best and take care.
