Can I Take Novelon Instead Of Meprate To Regulate Period While Suffering From PCOS?

I had pcod until my 1 st delivery I used to have northesteron tab 4 periods last one year I got periods without medicine finally 2 months back again it became irregular so I had meprate I didn't get the periods so I consulted a gaenec she gave me novelon now this is 11 the day since I finished the tab still I didn't got my periods what should I do pls given me a solution I am 30 and a mother of single boy of 9 years

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty with your periods. Please, talk to the doctor who prescribed this drug about what you are experiencing after the treatment. It is often good to let the doctor follow through with his/her treatment plan. Beside PCOD, there are other possible cause of absent menses. It may require a different management plan and not just the prescription of another similar drug. I will like that you return for a more detailed evaluation and management.
