Hi,

Yes, Paracetamol can be taken safely while on FAS-3 kit. FAS-3 kit contains a combination of an antibiotic, anti-fungal and an amoebicide commonly prescribed to treat mixed vaginal infections. There is no documented harmful interactions between Paracetamol and FAS-S kit, Paracetamol may be taken along with it for the symptomatic relief of pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
