Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
The drug you mention is a selective serotonin uptake inhibitor used mostly for mood disorders, neither will this effect your lethargic problem, nor will it work on joint pain.
I would like to know who has prescribed you this drug and for what indication.
consult an Physician, first for your lethargy and then an orthopaedic doctor for your knee pain.
I find this answer helpful
