Can I Try To Conceive Now Despite Small Polyps And Endometriosis?

Hello, my gyn diagnosed endometriosis and possible polyps ( 3 very small 3-5mm each) . However my cycles are extremely regular, I don’t have any bleeding in between periods, ovulate regularly and all my fertility hormone tests are perfect. I Am intending to get pregnant. Was told to do a diagnosi and removal of polyps through hysterscopy because my gyn thinks my endometrium needs to get more smoothed out for best pregnancy results. However it may be a while before the hysterscopy appointment ( few months) My question is, can I still try to get pregnant now or is it risky ( if pregnancy occurs is there more risk of miscarriage, etc)? Should I wait for the hysterscopy first before trying or should we try to conceive anyway ( we haven’t tried yet) thank you
