It is quite normal to shed transplanted hairs post hair transplant as the transplanted follicle is in a shock state due to the trauma of transplant. This increased hair shedding is known as Telogen Effluvium and is a temporary phase. The transplanted follicles would eventually regrow new hairs over the next few months. As far as the tablets are concerned, Follihair and keraglo men are essentially the same formulation and you may take either of them along with oral finasteride. I also suggest you to add minoxidil 5% topical solution, 1ml, twice daily. Minoxidil is a hair growth promoter and helps shift hair follicle from Telogen (resting phase) to Anagen (growing phase).
