Can I Use Nexium Tablets For Skin Related Problems?

Hello Doctor, Recently I visited the doctor because of small skin issue. Doctor had prescribe to have two medicines one before food and other after food. Medicine name is Nexium 20 (before food) & Gupisone corticosteroid after food. In this when I read the prescription of Nexium states this tablet is using for gastric issues. Is that medicine is necessary to have because of Gupisone. Is it both are related to skin? Please advice. Thanks. Sunil

Hello.The effective drug for skin lesions is the corticosteroid,Esomeprazole was prescribed for preventing gastric damage secondary to corticosteroid intake
Go to your doctor to assess whether your current skin injuries can be treated with corticosteroid.
